Al-Hakim THE WISE
Our Lord! And riase up in their midst a messenger from among them who shall recite unto them Thy revelations, and shall instruct them in the Scripture and in wisdom and shall make them grow, Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Mighty, Wise. (2:129)
Al-Wadud THE LOVING
Ask pardon of your Lord and them turn unto Him (repentant). Lo! my Lord is Merciful, Loving. (11:90)
Al-Majid THE MOST GLORIOUS ONE
They said: Wonderest thou at the Commandment of Allah? The mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you, O’ people of the house! Lo! He is Owner of Praise. Owner of Glory! (11:73)
Ash-Shahid THE WITNESS
Whatever of good befalleth thee (O’ man) it is from Allah, and whatever of ill befalleth thee it is from thyself. We have send thee (Muhammad) as a messenger unto mankind and Allah is sufficient as Witness. (4:79)
Al-Haqq THE TRUTH
This is so because Allah is the Truth. He brings the dead to life and He has power over everything. (22:6)
Al-Wakil THE TRUSTEE
So oppose them and put trust in Allah. Allah is Sufficient as Trustee. (4:81)
Al-Qawi THE MOST STRONG
They measure not Allah His rightful measure. Lo! Allah is Most Strong, Almighty. (22:74)
Al-Matin THE FIRM ONE
Verily, Allah! He is the Provider, the Firm One. (51:58
Al-Wali THE PROTECTING FRIEND
Allah is the Protecting Friend of those who believe. (2:257)
Al-Hamid THE PRAISEWORTHY
Unto Him belongeth all that is in the Heavens, and all that is in the Eart. Lo! Allah, He verily is the Absolute, the Praiseworthy. (22:64)
Al-Hayy THE ALIVE
Allah! There is no god save Him, the Alive. (3:2)
Al-Qayyum THE SELF-SUBSISTING
Allah! There is no god save Him, the Alive, the Self-Subsisting. (3:2)
Al-Wahid THE ONE
The day when they come forth, nothing of them being hidden from Allah, Whose is the sovereignty this day? It is Allah’s, the One, the Almighty. (40:16)
Al-Ahad THE ONE
Say: He is Allah, the One. (112:1)
Al-Samad THE ETERNAL
Allah, the eternally besought of all! (112:2)
Al-Qadir THE ABLE
Say: He is Able to send punishment upon you from above you or from beneath your feet, or to bewilder you with dissension and make you taste the tyranny one of another. (6:65)
Al-Muqtadir THE POWERFUL
Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore, We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. (54:42)
Al-Awwal THE FIRST
He is the First and the Last, and the Outward and the Inward; and He is Knower of all things. (57:3)
Al-Ãkhir THE LAST
He is the First and the Last, and the Outward and the Inward; and He is Knower of all things. (57:30)
Al-Warith THE INHERITOR
And Verily, it is We Who give life and Who give death: it is We Who remain Inheritors (after all else passes away). (15:23)
